Refund Policy

Because our work begins the moment payment is confirmed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we have not begun research (typically within 24 hours of payment), a full refund is available on request. If research has begun, a partial refund of 50% is available. Once the study has been delivered, refunds are not available — but revisions are, where included in your package.
